Lead Sulphide and Lead Selenide detectors are used for monitoring emission of radiation from 0.7 to 4.9 nm.
The PbS and PbSe detectors have a 10 mm2 surface area and are mounted on a circuit board and contained in a cylindrical, aluminum housing. The inputs to the device are +/- 15V from a triple output power supply and a +150V bias. The output provides the voltages using standard BNC connectors. The entire package with the detector can be mounted on a 1/4-20 optical post.
