The spray stand is constructed of extruded aluminum. It includes the following basic components required for testing a nozzle.

  • A nozzle mounting plate for attaching nozzles.
  • A X-Y-Z traverse system to bring the nozzle mounting plate out of the structure for easy mounting of the nozzle.
  • An exhaust chamber with a honeycomb insert for minimizing air disturbances.
  • An exhaust duct that is connected to a speed controlled blower
  • A tray at the bottom to collect the liquid for recycling and a liquid reservoir for holding the liquid.
  • Structural aluminum for aesthetic and functional performance
  • Fully customized for quality audit of nozzles and injectors
  • Basic configuration with no electronics for R&D laboratories
  • Roll out table for ease of servicing and cleaning
  • Three-axis positioning system for rapid centering of nozzle
  • Safety light curtains for employee protection
  • Controllable flow exhaust draft tank with honeycomb insert
  • Pump module with temperature and pressure control
  • Bilge pump for fluid recovery
  • Panel on three sides for reducing ambient disturbances
